The role
This role will be responsible for maximising the value of ITVS Unscripted format catalogue in the assigned territories. Alongside the rest of Brand Partnerships EMEA team, delivering revenue and profit targets, by active new business development as well as by securing renewals and upselling of the existing format licensing deals.
Supervising all activities (directly or indirectly) arising from the sale of a format within the assigned territories.
Hiring range: € 52.000,- / € 60.000,-
WHAT YOU DO
- Become an expert of the market – know the trends, existing and potential customers, and follow the competitors’ activity in the assigned territories
- In consultation with your Manager, set / regularly adjust the unscripted formats licensing strategy in the territory, and identify new partnerships and business opportunities in order to successfully forecast, deliver and exceed on sales, revenue and profit targets
- Effectively build and maintain long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients
- Effectively project-manage the existing format licensing deals – renewals, upselling, B&L and digital opportunities, production support, contract monitoring, tracking payments, providing clients with additional sales and promotional materials etc. in coordination with relevant internal teams
- Develop new approaches to grow business in the assigned territories through creatively seeking additional opportunities, i.e. licensing of back catalogue formats, utilisation of format hubs, etc.
- Negotiate deal terms which maximise return and profitability to ITVSGP
- Liaise with finished programming sales colleagues in assigned territories to ensure maximum returns for ITVSGP
- Provide and present market context and sales tracking information to Management when required, with quick turnaround
- Coordinate with the various internal stakeholders in the sales process: legal, financial, production support and marketing/strategy
- Travel to visit key clients and attend international markets
- Actively keep abreast of global market trends, new technologies and developments in the industry and the possible effects on our daily operations
