As part of ITV Studios, Global Partnerships leads the worldwide sales and exploitation of TV formats.

We are known for distributing shows that attract global audiences with significant commercial potential. It is home to licenses for some of the most powerful TV formats in the world, including the fast-growing global sensation Love Island, Hell’s Kitchen, Come Dine With Me, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, Four Weddings, Beat The Champions, I Love My Country and The Chase.

For our Brand & Licencing team we are looking for a Junior Brand Manager (32-40 hours/week) who will assist the team in activating sponsorship and licensing deals across ITV Studios portfolio of our key shows. You will manage the financial reporting and support of the Brand & Licensing team on administration (back office support).

WHAT YOU DO

  • Contribute to the central positioning of BL within Global Partnerships with a focus on contributing to the business case of the overall content offering
  • Monitor international brand integrations both on air and off air and make sure they are in line with brand guidelines and manage creative approval process
  • Working in close collaboration with the dealmakers and other stakeholders within BL on onboarding new deals into the BL operations structure
  • Maintaining strong relationships with international broadcasting partners as well as internal stakeholders of existing running projects within Brand Licensing, with a focus on the Global projects.
  • Foster strong relationship with GP sales team as well as legal team to maintain strong BL rights position
  • Set up and lead kick off meetings with new broadcast partners and present case studies
  • Gather best practices and ideas on sponsorship & licensing from international broadcasters and create case documents
  • Organize commercial exchange sessions with international broadcasters and present case studies to large groups
  • Working with local Prodco’s as well as keeping them informed on ongoing related projects.
  • Drafting internal and external comms with regard to B&L
  • Various back office tasks to support the Business Support team
  • Working closely with Finance to coordinate the full statement process based on what has been agreed contractually

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration/Economics/Media/ Communications
  • 1+ years relevant experience in a finance/back office role in sponsorship/licensing or brand management (which can also be an internship)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship builder
  • Accurate and eye for detail
  • Experienced Excel (office) and Salesforce user
  • Highly motivated, positive, proactive and team spirit
  • Based in The Netherlands
