INTRODUCTION
This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Content Creator to work across some of the biggest ITV shows. The role will involve creating engaging digital content for YouTube, Facebook and the wider social media landscape.
WHAT YOU DO
As part of the growing Digital Content team (Zoo55) in ITV Studios, the day-to-day role will involve responsibility for both the publication of social video content and the management of the channels it is distributed on across ITV Studios’ portfolio. Rather than being behind the camera, you’ll have the opportunity to work with ITV’s extensive 70-year archive, transforming episodes from the past into new and engaging content. This is a great opportunity for someone with a content creation background with strong copywriting and editing skills, who is also creative and has a genuine passion for media. You will know how to engage and interact with online communities and be able to create highly engaging digital content in a fast paced environment.
WHO YOU ARE
- Confident in creating social video content (Adobe Premiere) and thumbnails using graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop)
- An in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, features and how to build digital communities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills – written and verbally
- You have experience with data (YouTube Analytics) and know how to use it for content creation.
- Excellent planner with strong time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with key ITV stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for TV content, particularly reality content and other entertainment programmes
- Multilingual writing ability (Arabic, German, Spanish, French) is preferred but not required
- Based in The Netherlands is a must (no sponsorship available)
