We partner with our clients to monetize content through a number of different ways, including brand licensing, merchandising, commercial integration and digital and social activity.

For our Finance team we are looking for a Finance Manager.

The purpose of this role is to deliver financial management, review and guidance across ITV Studios Global Partnerships, including month end support, advice and reconciliations. This includes supporting the preparation of the monthly accounts, financial transactions and audit processes with the support of the Global Partnerships Financial Analysts. Reviewing processes for improvement and alignment with the overall Global Partnerships finance processes, systems and set up.

What you do

  • Review and management of monthly processes and reporting for Global Partnerships, including AP, AR and month end reconciliations
  • Review processes and improve/align with other processes across Global Partnerships
  • Transition the accounting processes from the Netherlands systems onto the UK system and establish processes/ways of working to manage these from Hilversum
  • Consolidation of the monthly accounts
  • Management of the Global Partnerships Financial Analysts
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with the review and sign off of the monthly accounts and reporting
  • Management of ad hoc reporting and information requests across the team
  • Supporting with and management of any audit queries, requests and processes
  • Reviewing, making recommendations and supporting the implementation of financial controls where appropriate
  • Driving standardisation and efficiencies across the monthly and transactional processes and reporting
  • Supporting the Finance Business Partners with the monthly accounts and information for their areas
  • Working alongside the FP&A team to ensure accurate end to end reporting and forecasting for Global Partnerships, providing support to the UK FP&A team on financial transactions in the Netherlands systems, including month end and forecast uploads where necessary
  • Modelling best practice collaboration and continuous improvement behaviours across Global Partnerships Finance

Who you are

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • A confident team player who is able to build relationships with differing levels of seniority
  • Numerate and enthusiastic with the desire to learn more
  • Well organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a monthly/transactional environment in a media business
  • Experience of managing and developing a team
  • Prior experience of management of month end processes/reviews and process standardisation and improvements 
  • Knowledge of MS Office; strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience of using googledocs is an advantage
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion, Tableau, Exact Globe, OneStream, FCCS Oracle)
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a dynamic and complex international organisation
  • Based in The Netherlands
